I ship NZ wide via New Zealand post.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.00 for standard delivery and $12.50 for rural delivery.
If you are local, we offer a free local drop off service. You can select this option if it applies to you at check out. Please leave a note if you have a preferred location for the delivery of your parcel (e.g - Inside gate, beside shed). You will receive a confirmation message to your provided number or email when your order has been processed and delivered.

Return Details (Thrifted Items)

I don't offer a return or exchange policy for change of mind or if items don't fit. You are more than welcome to ask any questions regarding sizes, composition etc before buying to avoid disappointment. To help with your decision I offer measurements and further details in each product description. Alternatively, if you receive your item and it's not quite right, I am more than happy to relist on your behalf x

In the case of Moumou Made pieces, I do offer returns and exchanges for change of mind and items that don't fit up to 14 days from the time of purchase, provided the garment is returned in the state it was received. Please contact me via our 'Contact' page with your query and issue, you should receive a reply within 12 hours.

Refund Details

For items with faults that I have missed or descriptions you feel do not meet the standard of the garment, I offer a full refund. Please contact me via our 'Contact' page with your query and issue, you will receive a reply within 12 hours.
I supply the condition of garments in every description, please refer to the condition scale below for reference before purchasing.

Good - Preloved condition, shows signs of wear.
Great - No faults, shows minimal signs of wear that will be mentioned
Excellent - No faults, intact, like new
