Shipping Details

  1. Tracking details will be automatically sent to your provided email when your order has been processed.
  2. I ship NZ wide via New Zealand post.
  3. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.00 for standard delivery and $12.50 for rural delivery.
  4. If you are local, we offer a free local drop off service, you can select this option if it applies to you at check out. You will receive a confirmation text to your provided number when your order has been processed.

 

Return Details (Thrifted Items)

I don't offer a return or exchange policy for change of mind or if item's don't fit. Please ask any questions regarding sizes, composition etc before buying to avoid disappointment. I do however, supply measurements on all items, please compare these to your own.

 

Refund Details

  1. For items with faults that I have missed or descriptions you feel do not meet the standard of the garment, I offer a full refund. Please contact me via our 'Contact' page with your query and issue and I will reply as soon as possible.
  2. I supply the condition of garments in every description, please refer to the condition scale below for reference before purchasing.

 

Garment Condition Scale

  1. Good - Preloved condition, shows signs of wear.
  2. Great - No faults, shows minimal signs of wear
  3. Excellent - No faults, in tact, like new
