Stunning Cecilie blouse/top. Made of 100% cotton and features the most luxurious pattern with flare sleeves. This could be worn a lot of ways but for me this gives a boho feel. I've paired this piece with our Ruby and Rain wide let pant, but this could go beautifully with a skirt and boots or with jeans.
